spa: Durante el período de prácticas en Tata Consultancy Services, ITO Bancolombia, se experimentó un crecimiento excepcional tanto a nivel personal como profesional. En el ámbito personal, estas prácticas plantearon el desafío de ser más organizado y proactivo, mejorando las habilidades de resolución de problemas y permitiendo manejar situaciones de alta presión con calma. A nivel profesional, se fortalecieron las habilidades técnicas, especialmente en el monitoreo y gestión de flujos de trabajo utilizando herramientas como Control-M de BMC. La oportunidad de trabajar con Python, Linux y Shell scripting mejoró la capacidad para automatizar procesos y analizar datos eficientemente, habilidades invaluables para la futura carrera. Se contribuyó significativamente al equipo, desarrollando scripts en Python que optimizaron la automatización de tareas diarias y mejoraron la eficiencia operativa. Se implementaron alertas automáticas en Control-M, mejorando la capacidad del equipo para abordar problemas proactivamente. La habilidad para analizar datos en Excel facilitó la toma de decisiones y la mejora continua de los procesos de la empresa. A pesar de los desafíos encontrados, como la gestión de proyectos complejos y problemas técnicos avanzados, se aprendió a adaptar y encontrar soluciones efectivas.
