This work presents a model for the selection of Collaborative Learning (CL) techniques considering specific characteristics and needs of the activity that teachers want to perform within their educational practice. This model considers the representation of the activity in terms of the required competencies defined from Bloom’s taxonomy. Then, using the characterization of a set of techniques conducted by experts, an algorithm is used for providing an affinity measure, doing a recommendation of the technique to use. A validation of the model from three case studies is also described, carried out by comparing experimental and control groups. The results show that CL allows for achieving better academic performance, but also that those techniques proposed by the recommendation model exhibited higher performance.

In this paper we present a new algorithm to construct the keys of the multivariate public key encryption scheme ZHFE. Constructing ZHFE’s trapdoor involves finding a low degree polynomial of q-Hamming-weight-three, as an aid to invert a pair of q-Hamming-weight-two polynomials of high degree and high rank. This is done by solving a large sparse linear system of equations. We unveil the combinatorial structure of the system in order to reveal the hidden structure of the matrix associated with it. When the system’s variables and equations are organized accordingly, an almost block diagonal shape emerges. We then exploit this shape to solve the system much faster than when ZHFE was first proposed. The paper presents the theoretical details explaining the structure of the matrix. We also present experimental data that confirms the notable improvement of the key generation complexity, which makes ZHFE more suitable for practical implementations.

Noreña Cardona, Paola Andrea
Lie is a false statement made with deliberate intent to deceive, this is intentional untruth. People use different
technologies of lie detection as Pattern recognition is a science to discover if an individual is telling the truth or
lying. Patterns can describe some characteristics of liars, in this work to face and speech specifically. Face
recognition take patttern of face and speech recognition of voice or speech to text. So this paper pretends realize a
compendium on lie detection techniques and pattern recognition face and speech. It permits to review the actual
state of the tecnhologies realized in these recognitions. Also It presents an analysis of tecnhologies using some of
these techniques to resum the result.
