dc.description.abstract | Etherum es una tecnología que se ejecuta en redes Blockchain. Dado que permite ejecutar código personalizado, su implementación en diferentes áreas ha venido mostrando un crecimiento considerable en cuanto a su adopción, ya que aprovecha las propiedades de inmutabilidad, trazabilidad y consenso de sus miembros para aprobar transacciones sin depender de una entidad fiduciaria central. Sin embargo, múltiples estudios han identificado problemas de desempeño en la ejecución de transacciones provocados por diferentes elementos del sistema que provocan cuellos de botella y por ende ineficiencia en el procesamiento de las transacciones. Este artículo propone un modelo de desempeño construido con herramientas de código abierto que permite medir, graficar, consultar y analizar métricas en tiempo real, permitiendo la detección oportuna de anomalías que puedan afectar el desempeño del sistema. El modelo se prueba con la ejecución de una secuencia de transacciones en condiciones ideales y condiciones adversas para determinar su efectividad. Al final de la investigación, se concluye que los componentes que causan los mayores cuellos de botella en el sistema son la memoria RAM y el almacenamiento, provocando un impacto considerable en el rendimiento del procesamiento de transacciones. | spa |
